| 14/10/28 LAHORE – Drizzling in Lahore including various other areas of Punjab turned the weather pleasant.
Pakistan Meteorological Department (MED) has forecasted further rains with strong winds in Islamabad, Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan in the next 24 hours whereas snowfall is expected in mountain areas.
Rain lashed other areas of Punjab including Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Pindi Bhattian, Jalalpur Bhattian and Sakheki.
MED has predicted further downpours with thunder in scattered areas of Upper Punjab, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit while snowfall is likely in the mountains.
Weather is likely to remain dry in most parts of country in next 24 hours.
Temperature of some major cities recorded on Tuesday morning: Islamabad 17 degrees centigrade, Lahore 19, Karachi 24, Peshawar 18, Quetta 10, Gilgit and Murree 11 and Muzaffarabad 16 degrees centigrade.
